Strategic Solutions offers a wide array of training topics and venues to cover the full spectrum of an organization’s lifecycle. Topics comprise Start-up and Board Assist to Strategic Planning and Organizational Development to Evaluation and Benchmarking (see sample offerings below).

SSI uses training methods and specific learning activities and exercises that encourage an active, participatory role for participants, and provides direct experiences in group problem-solving and decision-making, and materials that facilitate application of new skills and knowledge. ______________________________________________________________________


 
Training programs are custom designed to meet the special needs of your organization.

Workshops target nonprofit leadership and staff; school and college administrators and faculty; HR and corporate personnel; as well as board members, senior officers, bureau chiefs and others.  Sessions are held for up to 200 participants but typically are kept to a minimum of 10-12 persons to facilitate individualized attention and assistance.

SSI is also committed to providing clients with ongoing technical assistance for the life of the contract and beyond.
